You can choose any language first and when you will good at one language you can also learn second also.

Java uses compiler and interpreter C++ uses only compiler
It is platform independent programming language It is platform dependent programming language
Java doesnot support pointer concept It support pointer concept
Java include automatic garbage collection C++ requires explicit memory management
It doesnot support multiple inheritances It support multiple inheritances
